I'm thrilled to learn that the Appellate Division, 2d Dept. has summarily dismissed the appeal pending against the Putnam Arts Council.  The Arts will live on in Putnam County and the Belle Levine Center will be able to continue to operate as it has for the past 47 years.  Our attorney, Bill Shilling, did a great job on this case.
