Hi John - am also going to attach this to the Shop Putnam is a Dud post.  Nick Reisman posted the following today on the JN Blog:

"It seems business groups are concerned that by targeting specific fields such as biotechnology, financial srvices and manufacturing, the program is skipping over a wide swath of companies."

I guess that is the reason that the application for DeCiccio went in with the wording "significant regional manufacturing business."  The state doesn't realize that they are talking about Mozzarella and take out dinners et al.   Wink

The Empire Falls? It might just be going by another name: Excelsior. The same people who headed one are heading the other.  Roll Eyes
