On October 3, 2007 Michael Carnazza issued Notice of Violation, and ordered Villa Barone to remove illegally build structures: waterfall, water lines and chamber in the retaining wall.
He stated: “A review of Building Department file and Planning Board File for the Villa Barone property revealed construction on the site that is not in compliance with the approved Amended Site Plan”. Nobody executed this order ever.
On the last Planning Board meeting this illegally built structure  has transformed to  an existing building and retaining wall.
Mr. Mole stated there is no conflict for him to provide any opinion to the Board; even he was the attorney for the applicant in connection with the civil litigation underlying this very matter.
In his letter to Planning Board Mr. Mole said: “My previous representation of Villa Barone with regard to civil litigation action filed by Mr. and Mrs. Babiarz against Villa Barone does not create a conflict of interest in my representation of the Planning Board of Appeals of Town of Carmel with respect to the current application.”

All present Planning Board members stated there is no further development and construction on Villa Barone site.

My question what is on the picture?

And what Building Department issued Stop Work Order for.?

"May 12,2008

Dear Sir
A review of Building Department file and the Planing Board File for the above mentioned lot revealed that the approved Amended Site Plan dose not include a retaining wall adjacent to the parking area on the above mentioned lot."

Oh Stan,

Anyone with half-a-lick of sense knows that "Indians" did not "build walls."  And everyone that has taken a drive on Rt. 6 KNOWS that Villa Barrone LOVES to build walls - even build them on other peoples' property.
 
Hey, you should show the video of him portraying you and Ewa as greedy, money-hungry, bitchy neighbors.   That pissed me off so much when I saw it live on tv that  I actually got in my car and drove to the meeting.  Some people have NO shame.  

- For those of you that haven't met Stan and Ewa, I must tell you that they are two of the sweetest, nicest, and giving people on the face of this nasty, wobbling, little planet. To portray them as something else is criminal.

The Signs of Spring are definitely here in Carmel.  Up popped  the Beautification Sign on the island in Putnam Plaza compliments by that master gardener, keeper of Carmel's glorious vistas and landscapes, Paul Camarda.   Roll Eyes
